Uses:

This sets blocks so people cannot move them. They also can't copy or delete them, if you have those tools available in your server. However, while locked, blocks may still have physics effect them. This means that just because you lock down something doesn't mean it can't move. Locked blocks can still fall, rotate, be pushed around, blown up with bombs, and anything else normal blocks can do. Anchor it if you want it to stay in place.
