Introduction
The Anchor Tool allows the user to freeze any object's movement. When frozen, the objects will not move at all until they are unanchored.
Use
To use the anchor tool, click on the object you wish to freeze, or anchor, and click it again to unfreeze the object. This is different from locked because anchored will keep a part from moving or falling. Locked just keeps it from being moved or selected.
